Amongst the chaos of a busy life, anger and frustration are strong emotions that are never too far away. You may be finding yourself constantly becoming resistant to your present situation. You may be becoming irritable and judgemental to others particularly those you love the most. And you may be attaching to your strong beliefs and opinions more than ever, falsely thinking that you are always right and they are always wrong.
Break the cycle by starting with a breathe. Its a simple action that can be done here and now. Just breathe. Consciously and deeply. Detach from your thoughts. Relax your shoulders. And go easy on yourself.
Maybe we shouldn’t take life so seriously. It will all work out. Let’s not over think it.
