Gratitude Is An Antidote

Are you finding yourself irritated? Are you getting short and snappy with others? Are you feeling like you want to scream?

Yet you don’t really know the reason why you have these negative emotions.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Keep your eyes closed and think of 3-5 things you are grateful for in this moment. If you can think of more, even better.

Take another breathe. Smile.

Be kind to yourself. Be grateful. Gratitude is an antidote.
