Do feel stuck? Do you feel unmotivated and tired? Do you feel like you don’t want to chat to anyone? Does every small task feel like a gigantic effort?
These are common feelings. Accept them. Don’t resist. Make peace with how your are feeling and know that your experience in this moment is temporary.
Sit and observe. Come back to the present through your breathe and allow. All will soon dissipate.
