Tuning Back In

It’s okay to tune out for a while. To be disconnected.

We shouldn’t beat ourselves up about it. It’s easy to get stuck in the mind, to run on autopilot, to be in the grip of the ego.

Sometimes a simple breathe and a conscious action can bring us back to presence.

It may be even be as simple as reading these words. Now take a breathe, exhale and allow yourself to tune back in.
