New Habits

Waiting until we “feel” like doing something does not bring about change.

It is not how we form new habits.

It is intent that forms new habits. But with intent comes fear.

Fear that we will fail. Fear that we will be exposed.

Recognise that waiting until we “feel like it” is masked fear.

Fear does not serve us. Intent does.

Intent leads to repetition. Repitition leads to new habits. New habits leads to change.

“Today, not starting is far, far worse than being wrong. If you start, you’ve got a shot at evolving and adjusting to turn your wrong into a right. But if you don’t start, you never get a chance.”
