What if we stopped labelling everything good or bad? And instead just accepted everything as is.
“I am good at this but bad at that.”
“This is a good experience but that was a bad one.”
“He’s a good person but she’s bad.”
It goes on and on.
Become aware of these thoughts. Observe them. Understand how this labelling causes us to judge ourselves and others. How it makes us resistant to the present moment. How it keeps us trapped in our limiting beliefs.
On a deeper level, nothing is good or bad. It just is.
