Be the person you want to be.

Do what you want to do.

The alternative is just madness. Why live a life that makes you deeply unhappy just to please other people?

Life is too short. Just go for it. Take back control. Live life on your terms.

On a daily basis, practice bringing awareness to the present moment. Step outside your thoughts from time to time and explore what helps you become more aligned. Where do you feel most at peace? What helps you feel that inner joy that resides in us all?

When you figure that out, simply do more of that. Living in the present moment is real living. Where you become the person you want to be.
