What’s Done Is Done

Stop clinging onto the past. Re-living bad memories has no purpose only to keep you in fear from moving forward.

The conversation you just had is over. Why re-play it again in your head later? Same with your last meeting or sports game. That moment is done. Finished. You don’t need it anymore.

As Eckhart Tolle says, “Only refer to it when it is absolutely relevant to the present. Feel the power of this moment and the fullness of Being. Feel your presence.”

The game of life is played in the present moment. Do not let life pass you by.

Drop the past each moment. Remember to drop it. Just as you clean your house every morning, every moment clean your inner house of the past. All psychological memories have to be dropped. Just keep factual things and your mind will be very, very clean and clear.
